EFQM Assessor Trainer
I hold an International Market License from EFQM to provide Assessor Training, based on the EFQM Model. (see services)
The training is organized company specific, to adapt it as much as possible within the limits given by the case study, provided by EFQM. Questions about the application of the model in real life can be answered with examples from the own company, which helps the participants to understand faster the complex model. The training is given in two steps (1 day introduction, in the meantime working on the case study, 2 days training based on the assessment of the case study by every participant).
Members of the board, managers of all levels and employes can be trained as assessors. Additional items as Balanced Scorecard, measuring customer and peoples’ perception, designing the organizations process map, etc. are trained in additional workshops, based on the needs of the customer.
